Jubilee is a great pony who is full of character, he’s got nice comfortable paces with a lovely scopey jump. He is willing to try his hand at anything and enjoys hacking and cross country. He is good to handle in his stable but can sometimes be a little pushy, therefore he requires a firm hand.

Casper is the only albino or cremello pony we have here at hayfield. Since arriving in 2007 he has settled in quite nicely. He is usually reserved for the more experienced children and there is normally a squabble to get him for the gymkhana. He has a very friendly nature and is nice and quiet. Due to him being albino he has proved to be very difficult to keep clean therefore he needs lots of grooming and TLC to keep him looking good.

She is a gorgeous mare that John imported from Poland. She has great paces and is living up to her potential. She has a scopey jump and is yet to knock a pole down! She is lovely in her stable and enjoys a good groom, a very friendly horse.

Gonzo is a charming thoroughbred cross who has a lovely temperament. He is very easy going and likes to have fun. He enjoys flatwork and jumping exercises in school lessons and hacking is always exciting for him. He can be fussy when it comes to grooming as he is a little sensitive so a soft brush is always essential. He is a messy eater and you will always find lots of pony nuts outside his stable door. Gonzo is always sought after for our annual gymkhana and is a favourite for Show jumping competitions.

Goose is a handsome fleabitten grey who is very sweet and genuine. He can sometimes be a little grumpy in his stable and is prone to giving people a little nip now and again. He can sometimes be a little reluctant in the school and needs some encouragement to get him going. He is very good on the lunge and is therefore perfect for a lunge lesson. Due to his nice calm nature he is great for beginners and is always a favourite for hacking.

Heros is a handsome warmblood all the way from Poland. He enjoys hacking, dressage and most of all jumping where he can have quite a large jump. He can sometimes be a bit bossy but thats how he shows affection. Coming from poland he has discovered and learned to love polo’s. He dislikes and discourages mane pulling but does like to get a good groom.

Fluffy can only be described as small but tough! He has a very nice nature, despite the fact that he can sometimes be a little bargy in his stable especially if there is any food on the go. He loves to go out and have fun especially doing a little bit of Cross Country and showjumping. Fluffy is great to hack and loves being pampered.
He did very well in the 2008 Gymkhana with Lindsey Bruce, picking up a few rosettes and winning the overall point champion.

Fergal is a recent addition the the Hayfield herd and is fitting in quite nicely. As he is only just over 6 years of age he has a lot to learn, however he is really eager to please and is getting into the swing of things here at Hayfield. So far he has done a little bit of everything and enjoying showjumping and hacking. He is nice in his stable and likes a good groom. Fergal has a very sweet and genuine nature who will try his best to please you.

Dilly, one of our older ponies, is a lovely delicate mare who has a sweet nature. She can sometimes be grumpy in her stable, especially when you are tightening her girth. Although she doesnt like to be fussed over she does like a good groom. Being quite small she is the perfect pony for your first ride.
