A private party, corporate group, Clan gathering, or whatever?
Hayfield provides your company or group with a great venue at a sensible cost.
Holding your event with us not only offers horse and pony riding but golf on the golf course which surrounds us, running, orienteering or mountain biking on the tracks within the park and even the possibility of rifle shooting at the rifle range not half a mile from us.
Or a bar-B-Q with a western flavour where those who want to can be led round the paddock while those who don’t want to just watch – it’s all possible.
Duration – from an hour to an afternoon to all day – We bring the ponies to your event!
Are always a hit and we can either do something as simple as pony rides for the kids (and BIG kids!) or add for those who can ride a ride up the beach!
Hayfield can provide something quite unique. We can arrange – A day at the races –
A Polo day at Guards in Windsor Park – or if you want to get into the saddle (western or English) then we can whisk you away in our mega horse box to ride anywhere in Scotland.
By special arrangement e-mail John@Equiworld.net

The North East of Scotland Equestrian Directory
The complete guide to everything connected to equestrian activity in the North East of Scotland is compiled by Equiworld Club Limited which runs Hayfield. A great tool to find the right connections. Well worth creating a link or advertising at Hayfield if your company would like to target this market or for rider and those who are new to the area who needs the right contacts. Hayfield started out 60 years ago as a small riding school, then when the North Sea Oil was discovered in the seventies life changed. As Hayfield clients migrated with the oil industry so did our contact list as we kept in touch with our clients. Our company
Equiworld which runs Hayfield values these contacts and is happy to give help wherever it can to people seeking the right connections abroad. Additionally John Crawford is happy to teach winter clinics and or act in a consultancy role if required.

Equiworld works well with local and national businesses promoting their products and services in return for their support in some form. Many company executives whose family learnt at Hayfield and who were able to afford good horses and to compete them, understand also that a little support from their businesses will fund and enable other young hopefuls who don’t have the money to try their luck in the competitive arena.
By supporting the Hayfield Riding club you can gives keen kids who can’t afford it a chance to compete on equal terms with those who can.
But we know that “Nothing is for nothing” so we offer to promote your business interests in return for your support. Paying to advertise with us at the Hayfield centre or on our “Equestrian Business” website with a two way link to yours are what we would suggest.
Everyone from companies to private individuals can help the good work we do through Equiworld and Hayfield without it costing them very much and “Gift aid is the most obvious.
Hayfield Riding Club is able to take advantage of the governments “Gift Aid” scheme where if an individual or company gifts any article which they permit the club to sell on then the club can also claim a tax refund for 23 – 40%. The gift or the money raised from the sale of the gift helps disadvantaged club members participate in Hayfield’s riding club team, either as riders, grooms or coaches.
By gifting something of value to the club you or your company can make a big difference to a young persons life and the typical items we have had gifted so far have varied from furniture and vehicles to horses and ponies and their equipment (only ever sold on with the full approval of the old owner).
